Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair and securely pack all components in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location for return shipment.
Inspection and Refund
